The Young Australian Women's Alliance is a support network where young Australian women can share opportunities, problems and solutions, discuss issues of concern and help build a more
sustainable future in a relatively informal learning environment.
Discussions and information exchanged are for the free use of participants.
Members may also request that discussions be held ‘off the record’.
Background:
As a group of smart, passionate and community minded young women, we are interested in learning from each other's experiences to further our own endeavours.
Objectives:
* To be balanced and holistic individuals who know their worth.
* To learn from each other's experiences so that each individual's problem and solution is not faced alone.
* Create an open dialogue about opportunities available to young Australian women.
Budget:
At this stage YAWA is seeking sponsorship of all kinds.
All monies go into furthering our alliance through software developments and running costs. Donations not directly relevant to YAWA will be appropriately allocated to other organizations and/or charity groups.
