Description:
The WYSE International Leadership Programme gathers 30 young people (between 18 and 30 years old) from around the world who are interested in their own personal development and gaining insight and an understanding of other cultures. WYSE provides an excellent opportunity to share with other participants who have a sense of vision and awareness as well as providing a safe environment for them to recognise their potential and how to make the best of their own abilities. The project is an exciting one as young people unite globally and grow together into a community. Participants in WYSE programs are keen to make a difference in the world and are inspired to take up the challenge of creating an open-minded, globally aware society.
The program draws upon the disciplines of psychology to help individuals define their goals, realise their creative potential and improve their relationships.
The curriculum includes many individual and group experiences to help participants explore their leadership qualities.
