In addition to the Global WSIS Youth Caucus, youth are active in the WSIS process at regional levels. The European Youth Caucus continues its activity following the Pan-European Regional Conference held in Bucharest, Romania, November 7-9, 2002.
Prior to the European Regional Meeting we established a mailing list at wsisyoutheurope@yahoogroups.com. This mailing list now has over seventy young participants and representatives of organizations active in information society issues at a local and global level. It is being used to
