35% of Turkish population is under 26. According to the survey conducted by Youth for Habitat in national level with 450 young people from different backgrounds, Turkish youth do not have access to ICT as much as they should have. Another outcome of the survey is that young people reached through local youth councils are motivated to learn and become active in the Information Society. However they do not feel ready to the ICT revolution due to lack of information about the process and lack of means to participate. Therefore YFHIN takes the initiative to design a

Aim: To build incentives for local youth to perceive the perspective of Information Technologies creating a long-term capacity.

To widespread the developments through WSIS Prep Com.
To facilitate young peoples accession to WSIS Process.
To train youth to perceive, compare and contrast the national and international initiatives with regards to the information society
To produce a national report reflecting the status of youth with regards to WSIS process
