Why does IT/ICT Fails in Nigeria/Africa

The world today is fully into information technology era where people can send, receive and retrieve any information anywhere and at anytime, around the world so also there is a need to be more involved and get well informed about the present trends in information Technology.
It is a petty that many see the development of IT/ICT as a great destructive force to there innovations or knowledge but they are making the wrong mistake. Information technology is really what the African continents/countries needed now. But I must tell you IT/ICT could have been great in Nigeria/Africa but many see there innovations as the best and other don't want to share ideas with other of same experience of another to merge things together so that an invention of new things can be done.
I will want to call on the youth in Africa/Nigeria to share ideas with other so as to list Afica/Nigeria up. By so Doing we will go places and IT/ICT will really experience a great change in our contenents and countries.
IT/ICT is not a one man business but a collective responsibility. Bill Gates being the chirman of Microsoft still shares expereince with others to make things move forward. Don't lets us be seflfish to one another.
