First Email from a streaming provider!

Not sure if we can find an exact match with what you are trying to do. With your Live365 broadcast account you could have broadcasters from different countries connect and broadcast, but you would not have a way to do this seamlessly. In other words, a remote broadcaster would need to turn off their live broadcast and another broadcaster would need to turn on the encoder to start up. This would result in at least a few seconds of time when listeners would be dropped.
You could always have broadcasters upload the show and have them play in playlist format straight from the Live365 server. The broadcast accounts have both abilities, live and looped, but you can't have both going at the same time. Only a single broadcast can be running through a server at any given time. To have more than one going at the same time you would need to purchase two broadcast accounts.
I've attached our Royalty Included Rate Card and our Broadcaster Agreement. These are the forms that we would need filled out and faxed in to us in order to get started.
Here are a few of our current PRO broadcasters:

I looked at Live365 and they are very expensive for the PRO accounts. I don't think we want ads in our shows that we don't have control over, so I ruled them out in my own little world. Compared to their costs, it is far less expensive to setup our own server (with more bandwidth) and get free broadcasting software. We would then have 100% control over the broadcast, it looping and setting it up for different time zones.
