The idea of this project is a direct outcome of the UN-HABITAT International Conference on "Sustainable Safety", which took place in Durban, South Africa (November, 2003). YOung people from various countries of Africa, LAtin America, Europe and Asia have developed action plan on how to make our cities safer and prevent juvenile crime. The network of Youth Support Centers are going to be established.
