Taking the Millennium Development Goal to the People Programme is a young citizens to government initiative of the Development Generation Africa International (DGAi), dedicated to bringing the MDGs education and awareness, first to the people, who will transform the action and voices against poverty and for the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
Background:
TMDGP is conceived out of the believe that no president, no king, no emperor, ...no body is going to change this our declaration, except the people, powered by youth!
Objectives:
To create awareness of the MDGs
To amplify children and youth voices in support of the MDGs
To increase corporate social responsibility
To create change and achievement of the MDGs
To build awareness and engage young people in the MDG process.
Milestones:
The Submission of Proposal to the UN Millennium Campaign - Africa! We stood up and Stood Up! and were counted!
