Description:
Imparting education to the tribal children, introduce renewable power sources , empowering women through training in small scale cottage industries.
Reducing people- animal conflict.
Objectives:
1. To sustain and increase the growth of Tiger population at Similipal Tiger Reserve, Mayurbhunj, Orissa.
2. To provide and augment educational setup at tribal villages on the fringe of the tiger reserve.
3.To generate awareness about forest conservation at village level.
4. To provide indigenously designed Biogas Plants to the villages.
5. Enpowerment of women through macro level planning, providing training and opportunity to the womenfolk of these villages in alternative livelyhood projects.
