There has been much proress in the 10 months since I last posted a progress report: in the development and refinement of several key digital engines - HABITAT3, DIGITAL & LIGHT, especially in the area of refinement of reports generating sets of web pages and the compilation of DataPerfect resources

2003.03.04 Much has been happening in support of the project, notably ongoing developpments in related projects:
- Gandhi-King Season for Nonviolence: ongoing development of the DIGITAL Database Engine, including the development and elaboration of an initial curriculum database for the daily messages, and of classified items.
- Electronic Educational Village - EEV at Taller Boricua in Spanish Harlem, NY. The Macintosh-based EEV could serve as an ideal beta test site for the upcoming Macintosh version of DataPerfect - perhaps available in six months.
- Elements of Information Ecology - an open source curriculum in community ecology.
- Evolving curriculum database panels to incorporate hierarchical / branching of curriculum elements to a current total of eight levels

Getting Started
The most important progress in the project - which I have been mulling over for a couple of days has been setting up this project page at Taking IT Global, beginning to develop the outline of the project and gather relevant background documents
