Description:
A simple psychological methodology that is aimed at the root cause of conflicts in Jamaican society. It is geared at providing a windon into the thought process leading up to a conflict.
Objectives:
Having assessed the causes of violent behaviour and recognising its multifacetedness as is expected prior to the project, the aim is to assist the media to project a more positive reception of that fact that all opinoins are worthwhile, hoping to project this to the wider society.
Needs:
Stationery and transportation as well as liasons with other National Organisations geared at conflict resolution techniques. Survey information on violent crimes as well as popular poll results. Appointments with government officials would be a good means of getting a picture of what is being done, or being planned to alevite this urgent situation.
