Very flexible - it can take on any form.
Objectives:
Make availible all the informationconcerning the listed above, create a creative environment for youth lead lobbies and councils to emerge, encouragement of youth iniciative
Needs:
funding, volunteers for core staff to take care of the web(not very demanding)
