Location:
Categories: Health & Wellness Mobile Communications
Status:
In Progress
Timeline:
January 8 08 to December 31 08
Description:
The project methodology will be based on activities such as public animations through which messages on HIV-ADS will be given. The public animation will be composed by activities (music, poems, cinema, testimonies, etc) that are attractive to the Rural Young People, so that during the public animations HIV-messages should reach a high number of the Rural Young People. The message that will be given during that will emphasize on HIV-awareness, HIV-information, HIV-prevention, sensitization of the VCT and Testimonies.
Description
During the public animation, we will have invited artist (musicians, poems makers, etc) and their role will be to animate rural young people. This animation must be attractive hence more people should be attracted and come watching what is going on.
After, for instance, music or a small episode of cinema, we will insert HIV-messages such as HIV-awareness, HIV-information, HIV-prevention, sensitization of the VCT and Testimonies.
At the end of the event (public animation), VCT-interested people will be written, and fix an appointment so that the project should provide Mobile VCT Services. The VCT will be also held on the same place (primary school near the area).
