FIMEN is an independant community newspaper to make information accessible in the communities, for the community and about the community and people.

Human right and Equality to Resources such as Information, Communication and Trainings. It operates in the community, for the community, about the community and by the community owner. It is and will be managed by young people from the different Organisation, countries, regions, with various cultures, and with different religion and qualification, with the responsibility from to the promoter NGO. CECICODUPA is recognizable for its communities it serves, through improvement of standard living condition of the community. CECICODUPA needs to open up a free marketplace of ideas and opinions and give population opportunity to express to themselves socially and culturally and help community member to be putted in charge of their own affairs.
The goals are world citizen participation for community development based at exchange of Information, Communicate, and enhancement of ability. Foster human right and equality to resources at all levels in the communities based at the local people participation and involvement. Lobby people’s minds with their hearts to generating intellectual and new thinking towards world change and development within attention at the grassroots levels.
The mission is to operate a viable and sustainable independent community-based NGO within the context of the Christian World view, provide a comforter, reliable and accessible Information, Communication within image and voice in the community, make available a forum for discussion of local issues for all category of persons and stakeholders, support Education, agriculture and Health development, encourage creativity, innovation, participation, research to self reliance and development for the grassroots, contribute for the empowerment of poor community and promote proper use of natural resources and a culture of democracy in a NON-RACIAL, NON-SEXIST SOCIETY, FREE OF ALL FORMS OF DISCRIMINATION. TO SUPORT SELF-RELIANCE; SELF-DIGNITY; SELF-WORTH OF THE COMMUNITY;

To ensure a sustainable world with no violence, characterized by right, equality and with people who share and help each other to end communities problems

CECICODUPA is a project promoted by ASASS-BURUNDI, suggested by local people in the communities for the issues of Social welfare, Human right and Equality to Resources such as Information, Communication and Trainings. It operates in the community, for the community, about the community and by the community owner. Objectives:

-To improve the grassroots’ living standard trough community empowerment via population, by population and make Information-Communication and Education accessible everywhere in the communities.
-Foster human right and equality to resources: Information-Communication-Health and Education
-Advocate and lobby people and stakeholders to adopt compassionate Social welfare and changing behaviours
-CECICODUPA serves its communities, informing, communication and trainings as well as allowing them to take a vital role and active participation for community betterment and development.
-Promote Human right, equality to resources at all levels based at five A(5A)

• Available: to community residents so that they can participate in the programmes, express their needs or discuss issues of interest relating to their own community.
• Accessible: so that community members can reach the agencies and benefit from them. Therefore it is based within the community which is serving. Community members should have equal access to the opportunities.
• Acceptable: the Agencies should cater for everybody in the community. It should be sensitive, and respect the languages, traditions, beliefs and cultures of that community.
• Accountable:CECICODUPA should be responsible to the community that it serves.
• Affordable: to the community; people should be allowed to contribute what they can afford to help sustain the goals and aims.
Milestones:
Who will participate?
• Audiovisual broadcast Productions and Active in Information Communication and
capacity building
• Community residents: anyone living in the area served by the CECICODUPA.
• Local leaders, including elected community leaders and traditional leaders.
• Non- governmental organisations (NGOs) active in the community.
• Government officials, who could play role in promoting or amplify the work of CECICODUPA.
• Outsiders, including donor organisations, volunteer organisations, consultants and experts.
• Community structures, such as civics, religious groups and sports clubs.
How can you facilitate participation?
In various ways:
• Young People will be involved in planning implementation and evaluation.
• Young People will participate once only, or at different stages of the project
• Young people will participate on a voluntary basis.
• Young People will directly perform as individuals.
• Young People will participate as members of a group or organisation
• Young people will participate as speakers or elected representative can represent CECICODUPA.
• Youth will participate in programming by involving people through focus groups
• Youth will participate by conducting/hosting trainings, meetings, gatherings,
• Youth will participate by posting reports, poems, community stories, Media’s news…

NEEDS:
-Organisational, planning, ideas and other assistance for an audiovisual broadcast station implementation and promotion
-Youth and people in the community active participation
-Partnership development with active NGO, institution, global NGOs and fundraising for a broadcast Chain TV implementation assistance.
-Web site creation and promotion for CECICODUPA project…
-Creation of youth-led Community-based NGOs which operate within the mission of ASASS-BURUNDI for CECICODUPA : community’s betterment via promotion of Health, social welfare, and grassroots information and communication accessibility.
-Creation of a Local community Based audiovisual broadcast station :Chain TV for promotion of a free marketplace of ideas and opinions and give population opportunity to express to themselves socially and culturally and help community member to be putted in charge of their own affairs, which can launch information which can be useful for AGRICULTURERS, HELATH WORKERS SERVICE PROVIDERS, EDICATORS and encourage participation of youth students such as Journalists and artists in various domains: Music, film production, sports, cultures, poets, medias protectors…
