Both Etobicoke and NorthYork venues and over.... everyone finalised their artwork, presented it to special guests and got their portfolios and certificates. Two very different groups (in size and personalities) but equaly great... The final work is outstanding... really... thoses youth made miracles considering the very little time we had and the use of... disposable cameras.

The Scarborough group has, today, completed its final workshop. In the morning, we looked at the work that has been done, checked for new updates and comments on the online project page and gallery. After lunch, about 10 people from the YMCA joined us for the individual and collective multimedia presentations. We got very very good feed-backs! Good work people... !! suprizing what we have achieved in such a small amount of time!
Everyone left with their portfolios and certificates... group picture and, well, see you all online!!

Things are going incredibly well. Most of the groups are now into the technical part of the series. Most of the workshops' participants are comming back and working at it. The 3 groups that have already started have brought back their cameras on WS2 and are being processed. Scarborough and Etobicoke will be attending the last of the 4 workshops this comming week where they will present their final artwork..Exciting!

Etobicoke and Scarborough are halfway through the series and North-York has just started today. Full group, 20 participants, 4 group leaders plus us 3 facilitators. All went well, participants are getting into it and the outcomes so far, the participant's actual artwork, is truly great. Cant wait to see the rest!

On friday july 21st, we held the 1st workshop of the series in Etobicoke. Things are looking so great! Our 12 participants were great once again, very motivated, involved and had lots to say. Definitly a group where are goals will be achived through dialogues and open discussions. Just before the end, they got their cameras and thoroughly discussed the final assignment. We are all very curious and exited about what the shots on thoses cameras will be. One week to go before we get to see the result of all the great discussions we had.
