The Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Transgendered (LGBT) Refugee Peer & Mentoring Support Meetings.
FOCUS: These meetings aim to help LGBT Refugee’s and new immigrants overcome the stress of moving to a new country. The group is led by Volunteers familiar with Canadian ways help newcomers learn about available services and how to use them, practice English, get contacts in their field of work and participate in the community.
