The project was initiated in early 2007 by Webist Rainer Grassmuck of Wuppertal, Germany with the assistance of Sonthofen, Germany based artist Ingrid Kamerbeek, founder of Webism Group along with Dr. Rodney Chang (Pygoya), Honolulu, USA, for the Webism Group artists.
