I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to take part to my initiative to elaborate a POEM that never ends about CULTURE, POETRY, DIVERSITY, CLIMATE CHANGE AND ALL THE ISSUES THAT YOUTH ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT. The main purposes are to promote cultural exchanges and cultural diversity through art, to promote poetry as a tool to inspire, informe and engage youth (it is the spirit of TakingITGlobal, isn't it ?), a tool for youth empowerment, an educative tool used in schools and universities to encourage creativity, art and poetry and also help the students enrich their writing skills by participating in this project and being recognized as young poets (I plan to publish the poem without end called Highly poetry ! in its five versions in a book dedicated to this project, maybe youth can be motivated to participate if they realize that we are recognizing their work and at the same time we are helping them improve their writing skills and thus, they'll have higher marks and will be more self-confident !).
DON'T HESITATE TO PARTICIPATE.
Thanks to your participation, our collective poem will be more and more rich. My long-term aim is to promote this poem among Guinness World Records !

Celebrating cultural diversity through dialogue across cultures gives us a greater understanding of other lifestyles, thoughts, traditions and behaviours. We can learn to see the world from other people's perspectives and overcome any intolerance to other cultures we may have had. The more we learn about each other's culture, the more hope we have to understand each other and cooperate. With greater cooperation we can hope for harmony and peace in the world.

Le concept est libre en ce qui a trait aux vers poétiques que vous désirez envoyer; il faut juste que le thème soit relié à la promotion de la poésie et de ses avantages et caractéristiques, ou bien écrire des vers décrivant vos passions, ou bien composer des vers inhérents à vos réalisations (par exemple, si vous êtes passionnés de poésie, écrivez des vers décrivant vos réalisations en poésie et ce que vous avez appris de votre expérience en poésie pour inspirer les autres et les encourager à écrire des poèmes, sinon à lire des poèmes et s'intéresser à l'art poétique et ainsi à la littérature et l'art en général).

Basically, the concept is simple in regards of my poetry project, you just have to continue the poem using some or many verses describing either your passions or one of your passions, or an experience that can inspire others or describing what you realized and is related to your passion, for example, if your passion is poetry, write some verses on your poetical achievements or on how to make people (including TIG members) interested to poetry !

À l'instar de cette belle initiative de créer un poème sans fin,
j'ai décidé de lancer mon idée originale de composer un poème intitulé "Vivement la poésie" dans le désir de promouvoir la poésie et d'encourager les gens à composer des poèmes en leur évoquant l'aspect enrichissant de cette activité et son utilité pour l'épanouissement de la personnalité de tout individu soucieux du perfectionnement de ses capacités linguistiques et du développement d'autres vertus littéraires ou désireux de traiter de thèmes généraux qui touchent l'humanité tout entière tels "La paix dans le monde", "La beauté de la nature", "L'éducation", "La culture", "L'art poétique"...
Donc, je vous invite à prendre part à cette initiative novatrice espérant que notre poème sans fin qui sera composé grâce à la participation du plus grand nombre de poètes sur un thème inhérent à la création poétique qui est notre souci majeur en tant que poètes -amateurs ou professionnels- du monde entier, paraîtra un jour au sein du livre GUINES des records dans le domaine POÉSIE et sera le fruit de nos efforts dont le dessein capital est le développement du domaine vital de la POÉSIE et ainsi d'une culture poétique chez un grand nombre de gens.
Lors du Congrès Mondial des Jeunes 2008 qui aura lieu au Canada (à la ville de Québec), je serai présent pour promouvoir ce projet de poésie au public et aux jeunes leaders qui seront présents à cet événement grandiose.
Objectives:
En effet, l’idée originale est d’écrire en langue française ainsi qu'en langues anglaise, portugaise, arabe et espagnole (SEE ENGLISH VERSION OF THE POEM), le plus long poème jamais publié en impliquant le plus grand nombre d’auteurs provenant du plus grand nombre de pays au monde ainsi que le maximum de poètes soit amateurs ou professionnels.
C'est pour cela que je me soucierai du début du poème en élaborant une vingtaine de lignes pour inaugurer ce poème que je veux splendide et original et qui sera intitulé "Vivement la poésie".
Il s'agit alors de continuer le poème en écrivant le nombre de vers que vous pouvez composer sur ce sujet et j'aimerai que le style d'écriture
soit raffiné pour conférer au poème un éclat d'originalité.
Par conséquent, chers internautes et chers visiteurs de partout dans le monde,
j'espère que vous accueuillerez mon idée d'élaborer un poème sans fin intitulé "Vivement la poésie" avec enthousiasme et vivacité.
Pour conclure, je suis sûr et certain que le nombre de participants augmentera jour après jour grâce à la participation de tous et de toutes.
Ainsi, le poème finira véritablement par devenir une véritable et magnifique réussite dans le domaine poétique.

117) Is there anyway that I can erase pollution from our world?
118) How do I erase her from the story of the wonderful love between the greens and my descendants?

136) The damage is already done, yet I cannot stand seeing the sufferings on both sides,
137) From Somalia to Zimbabwe, From Rangoon, to Banda-Ache,
138) I can see the repercussions on many of my children,
139) From the rain forest in the Amazon to the Congo,
140) From the glaciers in Greenland to Antarctica, the greens are also suffering,
141) How do I heal this deep wound in my heart? How do I teach love to my children?

145) With lies about; Industry, energy, transport, housing, all wrapped with glittery riches, and power,
146) With intent to destroying the love between the greens and my children,

148) I cannot find an even better way to grieve, the love I once enjoyed
149) with Mrs. Green will never be enjoyed by my children.
