Sarah Milburn speaks about the use of child soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Sarah Milburn is a Ph.D candidate in Political Science at Rutgers University and was a member of the Peace Corps for ten years in the DRC. She also produced Amnesty International USA's pilot project to Stop the Use of Child Soldiers, which has since become an AIUSA campaign.
