· To attract international and national media attention to issues facing the Bangladeshi youths.

· To promote increased participation of young people in national and international policy decisions, and to ensure a framework for ongoing gatherings of Bangladeshi youth at future decision-making forums.

· To develop an online resource/website that links youth activists which will provide an ongoing forum for accessing, sharing and requesting information on projects and information relevant to the goals and aims of National ICT Policy, profiles on successful projects and action plans generated at WSIS.
