In the Project Brief, I wrote there that participants will be limited to 5 collaborators only from Asia, 5 from Europe and 5 from Philippines.
We are opening it to more open possibilities. So, we are open up to 20 participants - allocation will be determined later.

In my last progress report, I listed down countries there which we thought can be part of this project. But since we received an honorable requests from countries not listed on the prospective collaborators, we are now opening up to wider possibilities for this project. So, even if your country is not listed there, come and join us and we can further discuss this project.
