Description:
Asia-Europe Arts Exchange Program is a cross-cultural and/or multicultural and multilingual project that hopes to bring in young artists from both Asia and Europe in a workshop-cum-production project. The project is not fully shaped yet and this will be shaped by US (you and my groups) when we further discuss on this matter. The project will involve a workshop leading to a multicultural mini-production.
Objectives:
The project hopes to achieve the following goals:
1. hold a workshop on alternative approach to theater making
2. exchange information on the status of youth performing artists in their home countries
3. share their countries performing arts tradition
4. and finally, a multicultural mini-production crossing boundaries of language and culture
Needs:
The project needs the following people:
1. young performing artists from Asia and Europe under the age of 35 years old
2. artists who are willing to experience working in a crosscultural theatre making
3. willing to come to Philippines for a period of two weeks but not more than one month
