I wish that AIMUNERS would have the chance to have a quick look on it.
For your question, I may claim- but I have not given that issue so much thought, so do not be surprised if I change my opinion later- that it increases unemployment in the sense of those who do not have computer skills are in so many times out of the Job market. It has a number of other aspects, but this is what I am having in mind right now.
