A Project-Proposition Plan to the other 39 youth who were at Lima for the IDB event in march 2004 and the IDB-Youth Staff for writing a Book on Social Capital and setting up a Virtual Regional Organization that aim at promoting Youth Entrepreneurship and Volunteerism, Community Services, ICT for Sustainable Development in order to meet some of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDG) in the Latin America and the Caribbean.
