The real thing about this Policies is that it is well thought and constructed, But the Implementation is where the issue is.
African Leaders have a very good way of formulating policies but when it comes to implementation and monitoring of such they fail.
I have some degree of respesct for the Nigerian Leader, But i will like to see a youth of my Generation drive the Policy. not the outdated Youths.
With this it will give it a vibrant and active life.

Wow! I've ust gone through the pages and it is a very interesting read! However, I cannot help but notice thatg there is a big emphasis on Agriculture (Very good) but no mention of how young school leavers can be helped to get into the field. I think it's not very realistic to want to people to do achieve a goal, without showing them how. I also liked in particluar the idea of the incorporation of Entrepreneural studies into the curriculum. I hope these are not just said things, but that there are actually people behind the scenes who are seriously thinking about how to make these happen.
