Is the National Employment Policy effective?

Theres a copy available on the main page.
The YES Country Network is conducting a review of the National Employment Policy.
As youth our primary concern is...
- Do young people have a chance to contribute to the national employment policy
- Does the current policy document address the issue of youth employment?
- If not what are the gaps?
- What is the way forward in terms of implementation?
Ill let people read it before I give my opinions!

Im posting a summary of the Policy. Yep its been summarized so that ordinary mortals like you and me can understand it! In just six pages you can see what the Nigerian Govt. strategy is for ensuring employment. Does it represent you? Is it working?
