If so, we have just the solution: A post-trip debrief!
I'm forwarding you a very important message from Erin Nesbitt of YCI. You will remember (except for Lisa) we met Erin at CIDA during the pre-departure orientation session. She is the youth engagement manager at YCI and she will be coordinating your engagement as Butterfly Ambassadors this year. Please review Erin's message and respond by Friday, October 13.
(Chaperones are also invited, and please discuss with your youth chaperonees as we are not always able to reach people immediately via email, and we require a quick response on this.)

Good Afternoon Everyone!
We’d love to have everyone get together for a post trip debrief and action planning weekend in Ottawa sometime in November and thought that we’d poll everyone to see what date works best for everyone. So we’re looking at a fly in on the Friday, fly out on the Sunday either the weekend of November 11th or the weekend of November 25th…. Also, we have the option of holding the session in Toronto or Ottawa.
What works best for you? Your deadline to have your say in what weekend and what location works best for you is Oct. 13th.
As I mentioned this weekend would involve some debrief and some action planning for the next year. Debriefing will re-visit some of the discussions you had as a group about your experience and where you’re at now. Action planning will include what types of projects we would like to undertake over the next year but also what you can expect from both CIDA and YCI in terms of support.
We really hope that each of you will be able to make it.
