The project involves the teaching of students during the summer holidays. The project is to be carried out by the YOUTHS FOR EQUALITY members in Cameroon.
Background:
Project Outline
• The project shall be carried out by the YOUTHS FOR EQUALITY members.
• The project is about organizing holiday classes for the students in Muyuka town.
• The classes shall be free of charge, with no registration formalities.
• The members of Y4E shall take responsibility of teaching these students in the various school disciplines including computer science which is been incorporated in schools all over Cameroon.
• The project shall involve students of the first four years of the secondary school.
• We also intend to bring in HUMAN RIGHTS which is soon getting into the Cameroon curriculum; this will be done since we have a law student who is ready to take up classes in the area of HUMAN RIGHTS.
Objectives:
We are carrying out this project so that students are not idle during the summer holidays.
Milestones:
Since we are just students and for the fact that the new subjects will are been included in the Cameroonian curriculum needs adequate resources we are pleading with those who can help us .We are in dear need of support in the area of computer science, since we have computer science students, we are seeking for computer books, computer accessory etc.
Budget:
We shall contribute to the buying of the various materials that are within our wish like chalk, rulers etc.
We also intend to give students some school item such as pens, pencils rulers, exercise books, but this cab only be done if we have enough resources to cater for all these.
We really regret the fact due to limited resources, we will not be able to be effective, but we hove that in the nearest future, we will be able to tackle everything with ease.
We are as a matter of fact inviting priest who can talk to us all on the various aspect of life.
Needs:
We are in need of computer accessory, books ,pen, pencils, etc
